At AsapChop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong meal or incomplete items.

  • Non-delivery: If your order is not delivered due to a system or delivery issue and it wasn't your fault.

  • Quality Concerns: If the food arrives in unacceptable condition (e.g., spoiled, severely damaged).

How to Request a Refund:

Please email us at support@asapchop.com within 2 hours of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order ID

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

Refunds may be processed as:

  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method, or

  • A credit in the form of AsapPoints for future orders.

Note: Refunds are not guaranteed and will be issued based on an internal review of each case.
