By accessing and using AsapChop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. User Roles & Responsibilities 👥

  • Customers: Can browse restaurants, place orders, make payments, and track deliveries.
  • Restaurants: Are responsible for preparing orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Delivery Personnel: Ensure safe and timely delivery of orders.

All users must provide accurate information and comply with local laws.

3. Orders & Payments 💰

  • Payments are securely processed through integrated payment gateways.
  • Once an order is placed, cancellations may not be possible after preparation starts.
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy (see Section 6).

4. Delivery & Timelines 🚴‍♂️

  • Estimated delivery times are provided but may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If an order is delayed, customers will be notified via the app.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities 🚫

Users are expected to:

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Respect delivery personnel and restaurant staff.

Violating these rules may result in account suspension or legal action.

  • Any disputes should be reported within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.

  • Food quality (handled by restaurants).
  • Delays caused by third parties.
