We understand that sometimes plans change. You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
Before Confirmation: If the vendor has not accepted the order, you can cancel without any charge.
After Confirmation/Preparation Started: Cancellations may not be possible once the food is being prepared. You may be charged in full or partially based on the vendor’s policy.
Late Cancellations: Orders canceled after dispatch cannot be refunded.
